| Heavy-Duty 7000 Watt Gas Generator with Electric Start - Dewalt DG7000E |
| The DeWalt DG7000E 7,000-watt electric start generator was designed and built for the toughest job site, delivering reliability, superior performance, and top-of-class durability. The Honda 13-horsepower premium GX Series OHV engine allows for easy starting, regardless of air temperature. The brushless alternator virtually eliminates maintenance and provides 165 percent surge capacity, ideal for starting high amp tools, including compressors. The maximum 120-volt switch optimizes generator performance. Contractors who make their living using portable generators designed the receptacle selection and panel layout. The super-quiet muffler and idle control reduce noise and save fuel on the job site. A job-site-tested frame, panel protection bars, and metal fuel tank protect the generator from everyday demand. The DG7000E can easily be moved around the job site with the wheel kit, handle kit, and lifting hook, which come as standard equipment. The electric start feature provides added versatility. The nonremovable switch provides easier starting than the standard recoil system and allows the generator to be mounted on trucks without using the recoil. A 1-inch frame has been added to protect the battery and keep it in place. The battery is not included, but a 12-volt lead acid model from 18 to 35 amp/hr. is recommended with maximum dimensions of 8-by-5-1/4-by-7 inches. DeWalt delivers guaranteed power. |
