The DeWalt D55270 is a 5.5 HP 8 Gallon Heavy-Duty
Gas Wheeled Portable Compressor. It is powered by
a 5.5 HP Honda engine and delivers 8.9 cubic feet per
minute at 100 PSI. The 8-gallon wheelbarrow design
and pneumatic tire allows for mobility on nearly any
job site. The cast-iron, two-cylinder pump is designed
and built to last. The automatic throttle control allows
the unit to idle and conserve fuel when air is not
required. Other features include a braided steel
after-cooler, heavy-duty belt guard, ball-type tank
drain valves and a 3/8" regulator with gauges. The
D55270 comes complete with the initial fill of DeWalt
synthetic air compressor oil.
